THIS is helping YOU learn how your body is communicating with you; finding out WHY you hurt, WHAT is the underlying cause of your pain, and how WE can address those issues so that you can live a more comfortable, less painful, better quality life. 

Integrative Manual Therapy is based on the assumption that most health problems (whether minor or chronic) come down to inhibited, guarded movement and dysfunction that prevent the body from self-healing. 

By addressing the body as a whole and not focusing on just one system (eg circulatory, nervous, autonomic nervous, lymphatic and endocrine), IMT allows us to locate the source of pain and disability together, and not just the symptoms. We can then re-establish the body’s internal flow and innate healing abilities. YOUR active involvement is a critical aspect of your treatment, as no one knows your body the way you do.

My Integrative Manual Therapy includes every method I know to address your pain and your desired outcome. This treatment can include orthopedic massage, vacuum therapy (cupping), microcurrent point stimulation (MPS), scar tissue release, vagal nerve stimulation, neuromuscular therapy, heat and ice application, and aromatherapy.
